2001 NORDEN Packaging line ( Cartoner, Bundler, Casepacker) + NORDEN FILLER NM2002

COMPLETE PACKAGING LINE

We offer a complete packaging line suitable for GMP conditions, that has shown excellent performance for the 20g and 30g formats. The line includes :

1) Cartoner from Norden Machinery (model : NP2002S) from 2001 with a complete update in 2012 . Printing of variable data by embossing ( front and back possible ). Optional : GUK folding machine allows the addition of operating instructions.

2) Bundler from Pester Pac Automation ( Type Compact U ) from 2001

3) Casepacker from Pester Pac Automation ( Pewo - Form EVP2) from 2001 including two top- loading palletizing robots from Kuka (KRC1) from 2001 .

NORDEN FILLING MACHINE

We also offer a Norden filling machine ( NM2002) that works excellent for 20g and 30g formats. The filling machine (cabin and interior) can be combined with the packaging line. It was manufactured in 2001 but received a full update in 2012 . Due to its age and condition, the stand - alone robot is not included in this offer. However, this should be a great advantage as you can combine it with any stand-alone robot you already have in house. When purchasing this equipment , we also provide you with a complete set of wet formats for 20g fillings.
