OSB tongue and groove production line

This production line will be replaced by a new production line, therefore the machine unit will be available for sale.

The production line continuously produces and processes 270 - 300 m3 OSB boards. 

OSB N +F production line: production line for edge processing and edge milling of OSB, MDF, chipboard, panels and other wooden boards.

The line consists of 4 milling machine units and the corresponding service units:

Milling machine type: HOMAG FL 68/10/2 (year of production 1992).

The right side of both milling machine units is fixed, and the left side can be adjusted according to the width and length of the workpiece.

The workpiece is transported through the machine by a special chain with infinitely variable speed control. The workpiece is stabilised from above by a special adhesive tape and the height can be adjusted according to the thickness of the workpiece.

The milling machine unit and the associated service equipment are controlled automatically.

The milling tools can be adjusted manually.

Stepless feed 10 -66 m/min.

Piece thickness 12-30 mm

Minimum working width for length milling cutter 595 mm

Minimum working width for cross cutters 2050 mm

Maximum working width for length milling cutter 675 mm

Maximum working width for cross cutters 2500 mm

The width of the feed chain is 60 mm

There is an adjustable feed ruler on the right-hand side of the machine. The pneumatic rollers on the left-hand side are used to push the workpiece to the right.

The first milling unit performs longitudinal grooving: on the input side 2 pcs. Vidia tools, then 3 pieces of diamond milling tools, on the left side 2 pcs. Vidia tools and 3 pcs. Diamond milling cutters carry out the machining.

The second milling unit performs cross grooving: on the input side, 2 pcs. Vidia tools, then 3 pcs. Diamond cutters, on the left side 2 pcs. Vidia tools and 3 pcs. Diamond cutters perform the machining.

The workpiece is transported through the machine by 2 special chains with infinitely variable speed control. Supports for transporting the workpiece are placed in the cross feed chain.

Compressed air at 6 bar is required to operate the machine unit.

All transport units are available for loading and unloading milling units.
