2007 Finnpower SG6

FinnPower sheet metal processing center (Line) consisting of a fully automatic punching machine SG6 with STR stacking robot , high rack system, and an EBE5 bending machine.

the system is functional.

Maintenance is carried out on a regular basis but is not documented.

Punching center SG6 45850 hours

EB5 38450 hours.

Production phase 1 (dismantling CW23/24) includes a PrimaPower punching press (10.1-TRS623398 built in 1998) with loading unit and stacking robot and a PrimaPower bending machine EBE5 (built in 2010).

Production phase 2 (dismantling week 45/46) includes a PrimaPower die cutter (12.12-SG616807, built in 2007) with loading unit and stacking robot.

The punching tools with holders (cutting clearance 0.25 mm) are included with both punches.

Also included is a second set of die holders with dies (cutting clearance 0.45 mm).

Nigttrain high rack system (built in 1996) with 250 pallets.

Various spare parts are also included.
