2020 Dadaux TR Comtoise

The machine is the TR Comtoise, which was originally developed for cutting Gouda.

However, after our internal test phase, many other cheese types & groups come into question.

Furthermore, the Dadaux TR Comtoise has a laser that marks the cutting surface, which increases precision and minimises residues.

The safety glass of the machine is cracked at one point (see pictures; happens during storage), as it is safety glass it is harmless for the running operation. The glass can of course be replaced if necessary.

The machine is fully functional
