The 3000 injection unit is equipped with an 80mm screw, low-wear

plasticizing and BluePower insulation. The

centering holes in the platens are 200mm. The machine has among others 2

core pulls on the ejector side, 2 pneumatic valves on the

ejector side and 1 pneumatic valve on the nozzle side, 8 integrated

hot runner control loops and A cascade control for valve gate nozzles.

The machine is regularly maintained. In January 2021, a new pump has been

was installed. Accordingly, this pump has only completed approx. 6000

operating hours behind it.

In February 2022, the MC6 control and display unit was replaced by a new one.
