Two group sander ideal for deburring, rounding edges and obtaining a perfect finish, thanks to the initial abrasive belt for removing excess burr and a carousel group with 8 abrasive brushes that rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise for a uniform result on the whole piece. The perfect machine for an excellent finishing quality. Independent control of the work groups via electronic touch screen panel, variable speed of the groups for a better finishing result. Table with vacuum system to guarantee the seal of the piece during processing. Quick release system for changing brushes and belt. The staggered arrangement of the brushes means allow that during the rotation the piece is always processed all over. Also suitable for processing surface treated material.

1. "R" ABRASIVE BELT: Features a 180 mm diameter contact roller with heat-resistant nitrile rubber, a helical groove, and a standard hardness of 55° shore. Driven by an 11 kW motor with automatic braking, it includes an automatic belt centering system (electronic photocell) and pneumatic belt tensioning.
2. "B" CYLINDRICAL BRUSH: Equipped with a carousel of 8 abrasive brushes (300 mm), capable of creating a rounding radius of up to 2 mm for precision finishing.
