FUNCTION

Avocado pitting machine with two cutting lines. It pre-cuts and pits avocados, separating them into two halves according to the degree of ripeness and variety). The cutting phase is carried out by means of three circular blades. The first two are used for pre-cutting and the third one is used to open in two halves and separate the stone from the flesh.
