A welded frame made of rectangular steel bars with height-adjustable feet. Three chain conveyor arms are fitted for transverse transport.

The pallets are automatically positioned under the stacker.

Item 20 Portal stacker

Technical description:

The straddle stacker has a stable steel construction. The two collection gates are

are constructed from rectangular steel rods. A horizontal drive device consisting of a steel rod is mounted on these openings.

The drive carriage runs horizontally on rollers on this rod.

A vertical lifting mechanism with an attached suction frame is installed underneath the trolley. The vacuum is generated by a side channel blower mounted on the carriage. The vacuum is channelled through pipes to the lower end of the lifting mechanism and distributed to the suction frames. Frequency-controlled drive set for horizontal and vertical movement.

Technical description:

The basic construction of the roller conveyor consists of a rigid welded frame of rectangular steel bars with adjustable feet.

The sprockets are rotated by a chain that is driven tangentially

driven tangentially by a manual motor with variable speed, which is located in the lower

The applicator and squeegee roller rotates even when the protective bonnet is open if the height adjustment and squeegee roller adjustment are set to the safety distance. The safety distances are sensed electrically by a limit switch. Electrical equipment:
