Machine Performance Requirements for acceptance.

The Eco-Eagle will perform as follows:

1. Run a minimum width foil of 2" inches or 50mm.

2. Run any combination of variable widths up to the maximum printing width of the printing press.

3. Run a full width of foil to the full width of printing press.

4. The speed range of the Eco-Eagle unit will handle any of the widths above at a maximum speed of 15,000 sheets per hour (SPH).

5. Maximum foil roll diameter of 560 (22”) on 152mm (6”) core.

6. Cold Foil operational speed may vary per job based on the substrate, foil and adhesive.

7. Recommended cold foil speeds will range from 9,000 SPH to 12,000 SPH due to properties of the adhesives, foil and substrates.

8. The speed of the Eco-Eagle is determined by the speed of the printing press.

9. Eagle Systems does not make any claims or guarantees of the ability of the adhesives and foils bonding to all substrates.
