2010 Panel production line

The plant is in good condition, and is however dismantled. 

the plant was designed for panel production and put into operation in 2010. After that, the line has been running for about 3.5 years in single-shift operation. Due to changing market conditions, we then no longer needed the plant and dismantled it. Unfortunately, we do not have any usable photos and videos of the assembled machine that we can make available to you.

The principle: The Fermacell panels/gypsum boards/sheet metal panels were placed or picked up from the stack by means of suction, taken over by means of driven roller conveyors; the sealing compound was applied automatically, the panels were screwed to the panels by means of an automatic screwing system.
