Heat treatment plant is for sale. Built in 2019; installed in 2020. It is a product of the Swiss manufacturer SOLO Swiss. The equipment, purchased for the bainitizing of C45E and C60 materials, operates fully automatically. Material handling is performed by the manipulator unit. A Linde lifting device was specifically designed to service the machine. Human presence is only required for supervision, apart from loading and unloading the machine. The control technology is Siemens. The main electrical units are Schneider. The meticulously designed and assembled equipment has operated intermittently so far, resulting in low operating hours. Energy-saving mode is available for several units. The manufacturer provided a customized heat treatment program for it. Periodic maintenance has always been carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions. Annual maintenance was performed by a major manufacturer. The last maintenance date: 2024.10.25. Records were made of these. The laser distance meter was replaced this year. Special baskets were manufactured specifically for servicing the equipment. It is capable of loading and treating 11 charges in one day. Easily connectable to the company's IT system, BI reports, and consumption data can be extracted digitally. It comes with an uninterruptible power supply. Periodic safety backups are made. The plant can be viewed on-site. Of course, all technical documentation is available for it; and it complies with the following standards (certificates are available): 2006/42/EC; 2014/35/EU; 2014/30/EU; EN746.
