2001/2002 Drying System

Used drying system for e.g. plastic grinding material, plastic granules , built in 2001/2002, consisting of an adsorption dry air generator, a continuous dryer and a crystallizer .

Here are some key details:

Crystallizer for amorphous PET, approx. 1,000 kg/h, electrical connection 148 kW, warm air unit 120 kW, air filter area 40 m²

For example, PA 6 and 6.6, PA 11 and 12 can be dried with the continuous dryer, according to the manufacturer 400-500 kg/h (initial moisture 1%, residual moisture 0.05%)

The two dryers have a very large volume and are equipped with an agitator and rotary valve.
