Operation of the Slicer Type HSB

• Manual Loading: The whole bread is manually placed on the feed conveyor of the slicer. This conveyor brings the bread between two lateral belts (plus an upper belt) and pushes it towards the blades.
• Sequential Slicing: Each loaf pushes the one before it under the blades. After slicing, the bread:
• Arrives on the output plate, with the feed conveyor stopping if a loaf exits in front of the photoelectric cell.
• Arrives at the end of the output plate and can then be moved to another machine if necessary.
• Alternatively, the synchronization system transports the bread to the bagging loader or another automatic bagging system. The feed conveyor will stop if a loaf exits in front of the photoelectric cell, after which synchronization with the bag loader occurs.

This detailed operation ensures efficient and automated slicing and handling of bread loaves.
