The WELDAN machine, type HS-50M, is a universal thermoplastic welding machine.

It is equipped with a PLC (ABB) controlled welding press, indexing and stripping system.

The welding and punching drives are pneumatic. This machine is ideal for the fast and flexible production of all types of folders, bags, calendars etc. made of PP, PE, thin PVC and other thermoplastic films.

The machine has a modular design and consists of the following integrated units1:

1. Roll stand with table top for joining film ends.
2. Inlet module with unwind and space for hole punch, cutting knife, etc.
3. Combined sealing station and cooling module.
4. Punching station on an XY axis.
5. Hot stamping/hot cutting unit.
6. Additional hot stamping station
7. Take-off unit. The machine is in good condition and has always been serviced and maintained. It is ideal for various applications and is easy to operate.
