1997 Hennecke PIR Line Sandwich Panel Production Line

Production line designed for the production of sandwich panels with a Wool core. 

Possible to produce panels in modules 750mm – 1100mm

Slitting of the steel on ext and int during production 0 - 140mm 

2 unused lines.

1. PIR line - the manufacturer is Hennecke, the line has been in operation since 1997. Many parts of the line are much newer as they have been replaced (portal controller, profiling rollers, profiling rollers etc). The line is in full working order and has produced good quality boards to the end.
2. Wool line - 1970s composite, most Hennecke equipment, but not all. As with the PIR line - many parts of the line are much newer as they were replaced (rollers, wrapping machine, profiling rollers, profiling rollers, etc.). The line is fully operational and produced good quality boards until the end.

The production line is designed for the production of sandwich panels with a PIR core. 

Thickness classes and panel types

Wall panels with visible fixing

Available thicknesses: 40, 60, 80 and 100 mm.

Wall panels with hidden fixing

Available thicknesses: 60, 80, 100 and 120 mm.

Roof panels

Available thicknesses: 80/40, 100/60, 120/80, 140/100, 160/120 and 210/170 mm.

Cooling panels

Available thicknesses: 120, 160, 180 and 200 mm.

Surface profiling

Internal sheet: F, L52 (inox possible for L52)

External sheet: L52, Mircro-profiling, R-28, F (smooth surface without profiling), M-bosing

Profiling, (inox possible for L52)

Length of panels

From 1,7 m to 21 m.

Cutting for roof panels (overlapping) 

Width: from 0,5 m to 2,5 m.

Depth: maximum 11 cm.

Production line speed

Maximum 9 m/min.
