Description of the machine

4.1 Intended use

The DOGATHERM 81CIP cup filling and sealing machine fills pasty to liquid food products into plastic cups and seals them these with flat lids made of aluminium foil or plastic.

Filling takes place on this plant:

o Fuller 2/1 and 2/2:

-Confitore

- fruit spread

-Jelly

- plum jam

Packaging formats:

o Cup: 0=95 mm,

H=90 mm; 54 mm

o Flat lid: 0=95.5 mm

o Trip lid: 0=98.5 mm
