Before implementing an Retrofit, a survey

at site by an qualified ECS technician

is recommended.

Changes of the machine functions and/or

processes which have been implemented

after the first installation of the

machine, which hasn´t been executed by

ESAB CUTTING SYTEMS are not considered

in this offer and may cause a separate

arrangement.

The customer has to provide lifting

facilities and transport equipment as

well as personal for assistance.

Before start of the retrofitting works,

the machine must be cleaned by the customer.

Should during re-installation additional

defects occur, which can not guarantee a

perfect function, then, with agreement of

the customer, the additional spare parts

and time will be especially charged.

If the installation or acceptance test has

to be extended due to customer"s reason,

each day will be charged in addition acc.

to our standard Service charges.

We reserve the right to make technical

modifications and improvements without

notification.

All existing layers and line types of the DXF

file will be imported. Solely the geometry

elements line, arc and circle are allowed for

cutting. All other geometry elements like

polygon, splines, blocks, measurements

etc. cannot be imported. Inner and outer

contours have to be closed and must not

contain double geometry elements.

Note:

- The necessary building site preparations and

services by the customer must be followed in

accordance with the ESAB guidelines

(machine installation plans).

- An overhead crane / forklift or other necessary

lifting gear including authorized operating

personnel must be supplied free of charge

by the customer if required.

- Track installation:

The welding of the track mounting plates on

the base support (IPB) is generally performed

by the customer.
