Rittal Perforex
Specifically, it is a BC 2005-S model, built in 2006. The unit is currently still in daily use and will be for sale from the end of this year.
The Perforex machining centres can automatically make holes, threads and milled cut-outs in the workpiece in one work cycle.
All materials commonly used in enclosure construction can be machined, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper as well as various plastics and other machinable materials, mounting plates, bevelled and painted doors, covers, console plates, enclosures etc.
Technical problems currently known:
It would be advisable to call in a Rittal technician for maintenance and repair.
The cylinders of the magazines are worn and will have to be replaced shortly.
The guide carriages must be replaced shortly.
The hoover hose must be replaced shortly.
There are slight leaks in the compressed air system.
There is slight loss of oil.
End of February will be available.
