 it more as a parts machine if someone needs components from it for their machine, however it was running when moved into its current location, as such someone could resurrect it by replacing the batteries and loading the operation program back into it.

I found out today that no tooling comes with it, but there are several crates containing the holders for live tooling that do come with this machine.
