The IQ4 Metal Detector & CW3 Dynamic Checkweighing combination system is designed for detecting

contaminants and reducing giveaway in food products. This system is perfect for inspecting retail-packed

This combination system is supplied as standard with two automatic

reject stations with the following options:

• Air-blast, single nozzle

This is system is designed for very small and light products, I’d probably imagine snack bars that sort of thing.

The MD aperture is 250 x 100 so you have a belt of 200. Max product width would be about 170mm and height about 50mm.

250 weigh table so maximum product length of about 200mm, but this can vary depending on product speed and gap.

This is our ultra light model checkweigher, so can weigh 5g – 400g.
